The executive team at Polly has a history of experience in a variety of industries, including lending, banking, consulting, and investment. They have also worked at a number of different companies, including Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and PwC. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from a variety of schools, including the University of Southern California, Texas A&M University, and the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
