Claudia Rondinelli

Claudia Rondinelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sourcing and materials management within the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Head of Global Raw Materials Footwear & Accessories and Regional Materials EMEA/Americas at Ralph Lauren since October 2017, Claudia has successfully overhauled the department, focusing on talent acquisition and performance metrics while streamlining supplier relationships and sourcing strategies. Previously, as Director of Sourcing Raw Materials Handbags at Marc Jacobs, Claudia led R&D efforts for materials, collaborating closely with the design team. Claudia's experience also includes leadership roles at Cole Haan, MARTIN + OSA, The Echo Design Group, and St. John Knits, where key contributions included developing strategies for product development and managing operations in Italy. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and completed a summer program in Italian Language and Literature at Middlebury College.
