Ingrid Baron

Ingrid Baron is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Ralph Lauren since May 2023. Previously, Ingrid worked at NavyCollective, providing creative design and marketing services, and served as a Member of Chief, an organization aimed at empowering women leaders. Ingrid held the title of Senior Director at Johnson & Johnson from September 2018 to April 2022 and owned NavyCollective, advising startups and mid-sized enterprises on brand strategy and marketing. As the Chief Design Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Ingrid led significant marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as Managing Director and European Design Director at IDEO, where Ingrid co-led design direction and strategy, along with a foundational background as a designer at Electrolux and Kerr Keller Design. Ingrid holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from OCAD University.
