Jessica McKenzie

Jessica Mckenzie is an accomplished communications professional currently serving as the Vice President of Global Employee Communications at Ralph Lauren. Prior to this role, Jessica held several senior positions at PepsiCo, including Senior Director of Strategy & Operations for Global Communications, Senior Director of People & Culture Communications, and Senior Communications Director for Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Jessica's early career featured internships with the U.S. Secret Service and the NYC Civilian Complaint Review Board. Academically, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Hampton University and a Master's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University.
