Jibin Thampi

Jibin Thampi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise transformation and global planning within the retail industry. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Transformation at Ralph Lauren since May 2005, Jibin Thampi leads multi-year transformational initiatives focusing on digitizing the value chain and optimizing integrated business planning, ERP systems, traceability and transparency platforms, and logistics transformations. Previous roles at Ralph Lauren include Vice President positions in Global Planning and Analytics and Global Merchandising, as well as Senior Director and Director roles in Global Merchandising & Planning Systems. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Jibin Thampi worked at Infosys from July 1999 to May 2005 as a Programmer Analyst. Jibin Thampi holds a degree from Mahatma Gandhi University.
