Kathleen Samot is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in managing luxury brands. Currently serving as the General Manager Multi Store at Ralph Lauren since February 2015, Kathleen has held various roles within the company, including General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Prior to this, Kathleen was a Retail Manager at Xcel Brands, Inc. and held positions as Sales Manager and Sales Associate at Elie Tahari, where achievements included being awarded Top Sales Associate for three consecutive summers. Kathleen's background also includes valuable marketing experience, having worked as a Marketing Intern and a Marketing/PR/Web Intern at Jack Rogers USA, developing skills in competitive analysis and consumer engagement. Academically, Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a double major in Marketing and Finance from Fairfield University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Galway.
