Marina Tang

Marina Tang is an accomplished fashion design director at Ralph Lauren since July 2011, where responsibilities include brand positioning, image and style formulation, and overseeing quarterly product development. Previously, Marina served as chief fashion designer, independent designer, and brand designer, managing design directions and the entire design process for various clothing collections. Prior experience includes working as a fashion designer at SMCP, overseeing product design direction and ensuring designs meet market positioning, and as a fashion designer assistant, contributing to market research and fabric trends. Marina holds a master's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Parsons School of Design and a bachelor's degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
