Niv Doron is a seasoned professional in textile innovation and manufacturing technology, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Textile Innovation at Ralph Lauren since November 2022, where efforts focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, and sustainability through advanced textile manufacturing technologies. Previously, as VP of Manufacturing Technology at CreateMe, Doron led initiatives in automating and applying AI to revolutionize textile manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director of Manufacturing Technology and Global Manager of Technical Development & Design at Standard Textile, where leadership in technology and product development was pivotal. Earlier, roles at Medital Hi-Tech and UET Recycling Industrial Water involved R&D and engineering processes that contributed to significant advancements in precision engineering and water treatment systems. Doron holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Shamoon College of Engineering and specialized training in Jacquard and Texcelle technologies.
