Raman Ramanarayanan currently serves as the Head of Finance for Ralph Lauren in India, where key responsibilities include establishing a Global Shared Services Finance organization, managing various critical finance activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving system implementations such as an in-house SAP system. Prior to this role, Raman worked as a Consultant/Advisor, mentoring startups, and held significant finance positions at Enphase India as Director Finance, AIG Data Services as Senior Manager FP&A, and Cypress Semiconductor Corporation as Controller. Earlier in the career, Raman contributed to financial planning and reporting at Technicolor, managed finance and accounts at NTTF, and provided auditing and tax services at T. Sriram & Co. With over three decades of experience, Raman has a proven track record in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning across various industries.
