Si Young Kim

Si Young Kim is an accomplished designer with extensive experience in the luxury leather goods sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Design for Women's and Men's Leather Goods at Ralph Lauren since August 2022, Si Young Kim oversees collections for RL Collection, Purple Label, and Polo Women, reporting directly to the President and Chief Merchandise Officer. Previous roles include Senior Designer for Women's Handbags at Bottega Veneta, Leather Goods/Handbag Designer at Fendi, and Senior Designer for Women's Handbag & Accessories at Burberry, where responsibilities spanned various product lines including runways and classic collections. Si Young Kim holds a Master’s degree in Fashion Accessories from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.
