Rebecca Scriven Acii

Rebecca Scriven ACII has extensive experience in operations management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Syndicate Services at PoloWorks since July 2018, Rebecca oversees all operational aspects of the collaboration between Capita Insurance Services and Flood Re, encompassing claims, underwriting services, risk governance, and IT management. Prior to this role, Rebecca held positions at Capita Insurance Services, including Operations and Service Desk Manager and Broker Support Manager, where responsibilities included managing operations related to the Flood Re contract and leading broker support teams. Rebecca's career began at Aviva plc, where a 12-year tenure included various roles, culminating in a Customer Service Team Manager position in the Retirement Area. Educational background includes A Levels in Classical Civilisation and Media Studies from Fakenham College, complemented by further study at North Hertfordshire College.
