Regan Lemke

Regan Lemke is the Chief of Staff at Polsinelli where she works alongside the Chief Executive Officer and the Polsinelli executive team to manage strategic initiatives for the firm, launch and scale cross-functional programs and lead special projects. She leverages a deep understanding of the firm’s day-to-day operations and strategizes and collaborates with C-suite executives in decision making, program management and implementation of strategic initiatives for the firm.

Regan holds a B.S. in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration, both from the University of Kansas. She also served two years at the United States Naval Academy. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Regan managed the global acquisition and integration process for a publically traded financial services and technology company. She is an effective communicator that is able to build consensus across groups and individuals.
