Marianna Lipska

Marianna Lipska is a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at ICON plc since July 2023, with extensive experience in training and clinical research. Present roles include Soft Skills Trainer and National Training Coordinator at Polskie Towarzystwo Studentów Farmacji, as well as a Soft Skills Trainer for the European Pharmaceutical Students'​ Association. Previous positions include Clinical Research Associate II at PPD and Clinical Research Associate I at ICON plc, along with experience as a chemist at the Institute of Physical Chemistry, Polish Academy of Science. Educational background includes a Magister degree in Farmacja from the Medical University of Warsaw, and ongoing studies for a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS.
