Giampaolo Caselli

Giampaolo Caselli has extensive work experience in the finance field, holding various leadership positions. Giampaolo is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Poltrona Frau since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Strategic Planning & Controlling Officer at ISA SpA from 2017 to 2019. During their time at ISA SpA, Caselli focused on introducing a new controlling model, developing a three-year strategic plan, and upgrading SAP controlling functions.

Before joining ISA SpA, Caselli served as the Chief Financial Officer at Elica from 2016 to 2017. Giampaolo was responsible for accounting, planning & controlling, legal, tax, information systems, and finance. Prior to Elica, Caselli held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Exklusiv-Hauben GUTMANN GmbH from 2013 to 2016. Here, they were responsible for overseeing accounting, planning & controlling, legal, tax, information systems, and finance operations.

Caselli's work experience also includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Elica Putian electric co. ltd from 2010 to 2013, where they played a significant role in supporting the financial due diligence process and developing growth strategies for the Chinese market. Giampaolo started their career at Elica Spa in 1995, where they held the role of Accounting and Controlling Manager until 2010. Here, they were responsible for financial statements, reorganizing administration processes, and overseeing merger projects.

Caselli's career began in 1994 as a Process Controller at Atos.

Giampaolo Caselli completed a Master in Business Administration from Bologna Business School in 1994. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Economics from the Università Politecnica delle Marche, graduating between 1985 and 1992. Giampaolo has also obtained additional certifications such as the Dottore Commercialista from MIUR in 2001 and the Revisore Legale dei Conti from the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) Italy in 1992.
