Kuldipak Pawar

Kuldipak Pawar is a Senior Engineer in Automation at Revalyu Recycling (India) Limited since April 2023. Previously, Kuldipak served as Controls Team Lead for New Product Development at Armstrong Dematic from June 2018 to May 2023, focusing on the selection of servo motors, drives, and various sensors. In earlier roles, Kuldipak was a New Product Development Engineer, studying advanced technologies for electrical vehicles, and an Electrical Project Engineer responsible for budget and BOM preparation. Teaching experience includes instructing engineering students in control systems and power electronics at a college in Nashik from June 2016 to May 2018. Kuldipak's career began as a Diploma Trainee at Tata Motors, gaining exposure to developing technologies and quality assurance processes. Kuldipak holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from R.H. Sapat College of Engineering and a Diploma in Electrical from MIT Polytechnic Yeola.
