Marie Ferrer

Marie Ferrer is an experienced Training Manager currently managing the Polyschool educational forum at Polyglass U.S.A., Inc. / Mapei since September 2021. Ferrer leads a team of Technical Training Specialists to deliver training to external customers and drive revenue. Prior roles include Training Manager at NYU Langone Health, where Ferrer directed Learning Specialists for a contact center, and Service Delivery- Learning and Development at Palladio LLC/ Uniters of North America, overseeing training across multiple sites. Additionally, Ferrer served as Senior Director of Training at Great LearningWorks and Director of Training at Teleperformance, enhancing enterprise-wide learning solutions. Ferrer holds a Doctorate in Global Training and Development from Northcentral University and a Master’s in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University.
