Adam Sternbach

Adam Sternbach is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Polygon Labs since September 2023, Adam has previously held significant roles including General Counsel at Tessera and Associate Counsel in the Office of Governor Philip D. Murphy. Adam’s background also includes experience as an Associate at McCarter & English, LLP and Chief Compliance Officer in New York City for Strategies for Wealth. Additionally, Adam has been a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsel, enhancing knowledge sharing and support within the profession. Adam holds a JD in Corporate Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Policy Studies and Sport Management from Syracuse University.
