Grace T.

Grace T. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Grace started their career in the aviation space, where they worked as a Digital Transformation Executive for various companies from 2006 to 2015. Grace then co-founded and became a core team member of Giveth, a blockchain organization, from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Grace co-founded b4H (Blockchain for Humanity), a decentralized nonprofit foundation focused on supporting social innovation and sustainable business models. Grace served as the Executive Director and played a key role in scouting social innovation and guiding businesses in developing a sense of purpose. From 2021 to 2022, Grace worked as a Core Member and Community/Marketing Lead at the NEAR Foundation. Currently, they are the Vice President of Products and is involved in Product Operations at Polygon Labs.

Grace T. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2011 to 2012. Grace then pursued Advanced Project Management at Stanford University in 2013. In addition, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2013.
