Janani Seyone

Janani Seyone currently serves as Senior Manager of Finance Operations and Total Rewards at Polygon Labs, beginning in August 2023. Prior to this role, Janani held several positions at EY from September 2016 to December 2022, including Assistant Director and Senior Manager in People Advisory Services, where responsibilities encompassed advising clients on Human Resources and Compensation & Benefits, conducting market salary surveys, and developing compensation structures. Janani's earlier experience includes working as a Management Accountant at Brandix from June 2013 to August 2016 and as an International Liaison Officer at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka from April 2012 to May 2013. Janani holds an ACMA and CGMA in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Colombo.
