Ryan Niedzialek

Ryan Niedzialek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ryan has held positions at Polygon Labs as the Vice President of Business Operations and Data & Analytics since 2022. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Albertsons Companies as the Vice President of Merchandising Transformation from 2021 to 2022.

Ryan has extensive experience at Nike, where they served as the Head of Strategy & Analytics in the COO Organization from 2019 to 2021 and as the Senior Director and Head of Corporate Strategy from 2017 to 2019. During their time at Nike, Ryan led the company's strategic planning process, provided strategic guidance to business unit leaders, and worked on projects such as assessing Nike's membership program and defining a new vision and member value proposition.

Before Nike, Ryan worked at Electronic Arts (EA) as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Market Intelligence from 2015 to 2017, where they built and led the company's first-ever central corporate strategy team. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Strategy and Analytics for Origin/EA Access, responsible for driving the business strategy and analytics for EA's direct-to-consumer platform for PC gaming.

Ryan also has consulting experience at Booz & Company, where they worked as an Associate from 2011 to 2013 and as a Summer Associate in 2010. Ryan began their career at Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant from 2007 to 2009 and as an Analyst from 2005 to 2007.
