Michelle Baizer Cooper serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Star Mountain Capital, a firm dedicated to providing strategic debt and equity capital to private businesses. Previously, Michelle held the position of US Investor Relations at Capula Investment Management LLP, where responsibilities included team building and marketing event planning. Michelle's experience also includes an analyst role at Enterprise Analysis Corporation, where qualitative and quantitative market insights were provided, and co-founding GLOsquad, a skincare lounge focused on education and care. Additionally, Michelle founded Evolve Update Transform, offering corporate wellness programs to enhance employee health and performance. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from McGill University.
