Hilda currently holds the position of Group Director of Operations - Transformation at Polygon Group, where they are responsible for defining and implementing a global operations strategy aimed at driving transformation and profitability growth. Prior to this, they worked at Kempinski Hotels, taking on various roles such as Director of Operations Projects, Operational Strategy & Quality Management, Corporate Operations Manager, and Regional Operations Manager Europe. In these roles, they focused on developing and implementing operational strategies, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance systems to ensure consistent client experiences. Hilda also played a key role in managing global initiatives for operational performance and overseeing regional priorities. Before joining Kempinski Hotels, Hilda worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Global Hotel Alliance and held positions at Malmaison and IHG Hotels & Resorts in revenue management, F&B, and other areas.

Hilda Henle pursued their education with a focus on business and management. Hilda completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St.Gallen between 2015 and 2017.
