Holly Beard

Holly Beard, M.S., is an experienced professional currently serving as the Southeast Asia Desk Officer for the United States Army Reserve since April 2017, where responsibilities include managing high-level bilateral and multilateral engagements within the USINDOPACOM J52 Southeast Asia Policy Division. Holly has held various leadership roles, including Commander of Headquarters, Headquarters Company for a Civil Affairs Brigade, and Preventive Medicine Detachment Commander, focusing on force health protection and compliance with Army regulations. In addition to military service, Holly has extensive experience in the private sector, currently working as a Southeast Regional Technical Field Specialist for Polyguard Products, Inc., and previously in technical sales and research for TERM Barriers. Holly holds a Master of Science degree in Entomology and a Bachelor's degree, both from the University of Florida, complemented by a Certificate in Urban Entomology.
