Harlan Wilk

Harlan Wilk is the co-owner and technical director of PolyInsight LLC, an independent contract analytical laboratory specializing in atomic-force microscopy (AFM) services for nanotechnology-related material systems, with responsibilities including consulting in analytical chemistry. Previously, Harlan served as Chair of the Akron Section of the American Chemical Society in 2010 and as a Team Leader at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from 1999 to 2003, overseeing a team of analytical chemists and technicians. Harlan holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry (Analytical) from the University of Delaware, and has also studied Analytical Chemistry at Washington State University and earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
