Richard Mahoney has extensive work experience in customer service and account management. Richard served as the Director of Customer Service at Polymedco from 2017 to the present, overseeing customer service operations and managing contract negotiations. Prior to that, they worked at Fabrication Enterprises Inc. as a Customer Service Manager and Inside Sales Manager, where they handled escalated customer issues, trained employees, and managed sales growth. Before that, they were an Account Manager at CreditRiskMonitor and worked in various roles at Sprint, including escalation management and account services. Throughout their career, Richard has maintained a strong focus on ensuring positive customer experiences and building relationships with clients.
Richard Mahoney completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in History from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, where they studied from 1997 to 2005. Prior to their college education, Richard obtained a diploma from Brewster High School, graduating between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: "Developing Executive Leadership" from the American Management Association in April 2019, and "Management Skills For New Managers" from the same institution in May 2018.
