Maxim Nazimok

Maxim Nazimok is the current Chief Financial Officer at Polymetal International. Prior to this role, Maxim served as the Deputy CFO at NOMOS-BANK from December 2009 to October 2011. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the development of 5-year strategy of the Bank, reengineering of the cost controlling process, and development of capital management and capital allocation system. Maxim was also in charge of preparing and executing the $700m IPO on LSE.

Some of their key achievements include the development of responsibility accounting and budgeting, linking performance targets to financial KPIs, and integration of planning and reporting structure across business units and subsidiary banks.

Maxim Nazimok has an EMBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School. Maxim is also a CGMA and FCCA from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and ACCA respectively. Maxim has a Specialist degree in Economics of an Enterprise from Saint Petersburg State University.
