Teresa Molina

Head of Science & Technology at PolyNatural

Teresa Molina is the current head of science and technology at PolyNatural. Teresa has held this position for two years. Prior to that, they were the head of technology and regulatory affairs at the company. Molina has also worked as a research intern at Nestlé, where they researched the effect of wheat bran on biscuit dough rheology and baking processing. Teresa has also worked as a teaching assistant and assistant research scientist at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they taught courses on advances in food technology, unit operations, chemical engineering process, and physical chemistry. Molina is also an adjunct professor at Universidad del Desarrollo, where they teach courses on mathematics and economics.

Teresa Molina has a Ph.D. in Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Master's degree in Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Teresa also has two certificates from Coursera in project management.
