Jason Watling

Jason Watling is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry and product development, currently serving as R&D Technical Manager at PolyNovo Limited since October 2020. Watling has a strong background in quality management, having previously held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at PolyNovo, where responsibilities included the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System and management of non-conformances and customer complaints. Prior roles include Senior Development Scientist at PolyActiva, Director at Optical Polymer Technologies, and Director of Chemistry at Brien Holden Vision Pty. Ltd. Watling's extensive experience also encompasses senior and principal chemist roles at Vision BioSystems and Chemeq, as well as research scientist positions at CSIRO and SOLA. Jason Watling earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The University of Western Australia.
