Seema Pujari

Seema Pujari has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Seema currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at PolyPeptide Group since December 2022.

Prior to this, Seema worked as a Trustee & Founder Member at Yog Science Study and Research Foundation since June 2015. Seema also served as the Deputy Editor at Rashtra Panjika Magazine starting from June 2012.

In 2009, Seema became the Vice President of Succor Manav Seva Vikas Sanstha, an NGO.

Seema has also held positions at Aastrid Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, where they worked as AGM Hr & Admin from April 2021 to December 2022, and at Recticel as Manager Human Resources from January 2018 to March 2021.

Seema has extensive experience in the field of human resources and administration. Seema worked at The Dow Chemical Company as HR & Admin Sr. Executive and Training Coordinator from August 2007 to December 2017. Before that, they served as a Senior Admin Officer at Johnson Matthey from June 2003 to January 2007.

Seema Pujari has a diverse education background spanning over several years. In 1986, they attended St. Isabels High School, where they completed their SSC. From 1991 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Sophia Womens College. In 1999, Seema enrolled at Welingkar Institute of Management and obtained a Diploma in Business Management focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2000, they acquired a Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy from Govt. of India. Later, in 2010, they pursued their interest in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and completed a PGDBA-HR from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY. Seema further enhanced their HR expertise with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Himalayan University between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, they possess specific training certifications, such as a Certified Train the Trainer Workshop and Soft Skills Trainer from Grey Cells, Mumbai in 2012. Seema has also undertaken an Airline Transport & Ticketing course from IATA, although the start and end dates are not provided. Seema completed their education journey with a Workshop on Corporate Finess & Etiquettes facilitated by Sabira Merchant at Princeton Academy in 2006.
