Melissa Flett

Melissa Flett started their work experience in 1996 as an HR Officer at Polypipe. Melissa then progressed through various roles within the company, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Head of HR, and ultimately, UK HR Director. In February 2020, they became the Group Human Resources Director at Polypipe.
