Liladhar Pandey

Liladhar Pandey has extensive experience in the power sector, currently holding the position of Head of Project Management & Engineering for Hydro Power Projects at Polyplex Hydro Group since April 2006 and serving as Vice President-Hydro in the same organization. Over a 17-year tenure, Liladhar has successfully commissioned more than 10 small hydro projects. Prior to this role, Liladhar worked at Jaypee Ventures Ltd (JP Group) from April 2001 to April 2006, focusing on design and engineering for hydro power projects, including coordination with manufacturers and overseeing erection and commissioning activities. Earlier, Liladhar was involved in operations and maintenance at Hindalco Industries Ltd's Renusagar Power Division from August 1997 to March 2001, dealing with thermal power plant operations. Liladhar holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from REC (NIT) Kurukshetra (1991-1995) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Power Plant Engineering from the National Power Training Institute (1996-1997).
