Previous roles include managerial positions at the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology, Ester Industries Ltd, and Polyplex (Thailand), focusing on technical services, quality assurance, and ISO systems. Mintoo's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Polymer Technology, a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry, and a PGDM in Marketing, all contributing to a robust expertise in the field.
