Charles McManus

Charles McManus has had an extensive career in human resources, holding various managerial and directorial roles across multiple industries. Charles started their career as an Executive Team Leader at Target in 2007 and then joined Perdue Farms as a Human Resources Generalist in 2008. McManus then worked at TE Connectivity as an HR Business Partner from 2011 to 2013 before becoming a Multi Site HR Manager at Husqvarna from March to December 2013. Charles then moved on to ARAUCO - North America and held the position of Multi Site HR Manager from January 2014 to April 2016. From 2016 to 2022, McManus worked at Corning Incorporated, where they had various managerial roles in human resources, including Manager, HR - Mergers & Acquisitions, Manager, HR - Texas Operations and OCS Global Supply Chain & Contract Manufacturing, Manager, HR - OFC Global Manufacturing, and Manager, HR.
