Ralph Perrella

Ralph P. has a long and varied work experience. Ralph began their career in 1993 as a Technical Writer and Presentation Developer at Trinzic Corporation. In 1994, they worked as an Office Manager and Special Projects Coordinator at the Tobacco Products Liability Project (TPLP). In 1995, they were a Copywriter at The Boston Globe. In 1996, they began their tenure at UBS as a Global Deputy, Product Manager, Equity Research Data. Ralph then became the Asia-Pacific Team Lead, Product Manager, Equity Research Data and Americas Team Lead, Product Manager, Equity Research Data, where they managed the Americas regional team (U.S., Canada, and LatAm) providing product management, user training, and support. Ralph also worked as a Research Publishing Specialist at Warburg Dillon Read, where they coordinated compliance review, publication, and distribution of equities research and designed a database to manage the research publishing workflow. In 2007, they joined Dealogic as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) & Head of IT Governance and Co-Head of Technical Account Management, and Head of IT, Analytics Division. In 2018, they became the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Paxos. Most recently, in 2019, they joined PolySign, Inc. as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) where they are building an information security program and driving global use of digital assets.

Ralph P. completed a BA in Journalism & History from Northeastern University and went on to study History at Goldsmiths, University of London. Ralph has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in August 2015, Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) from Shared Assessments in May 2015, PRINCE2 Foundation in Project Management and PRINCE2 Practitioner in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2014, Lead Auditor (Leading Management Systems Audit Teams v2.0) from BSI America in January 2013, ISO/IEC 27001 Requirements - Information Security Management Systems from BSI America in August 2011, Internal Auditor (Management System Auditing) from BSI America in August 2011, ITIL v3 Foundations from APM Group in July 2008, and Advanced Open Water from PADI in October 2004.
