Stanislav Vitko

Stanislav Vitko has worked in the IT industry since 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a System Administrator at Altitudo. During this time, they designed, built, and supported a shared web hosting platform for clients and helped to organize the Sun Tech Days conference in Saint Petersburg, Russia. In 2008, they moved to Visual Trading Systems, where they worked as a System Administrator and monitored and supported high-loaded production servers for Forex trading. Stanislav also migrated storage systems from on-prem to AWS S3 and EC2. From 2011 to 2020, Stanislav worked at Grid Dynamics, where they held two roles: Team Lead/Development Manager and Software Development Manager. During this time, they led a distributed software engineering team of 30 engineers and designed and built a self-service cloud-based deployment orchestration platform. Stanislav also grew the team in multiple locations in the US and Europe and hired a team in a new engineering center in Kharkiv, Ukraine. In 2020, Stanislav moved to PolySign, Inc. where they held two roles: Director of SRE and SRE Lead.

Stanislav Vitko completed a postgraduate program at Saint Petersburg State University from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Physics, Math, and Computer Science. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's Degree in the same field from the same university from 2004 to 2010. In addition, Stanislav Vitko has obtained various certifications from institutions such as The Data Institute, University of San Francisco, Coursera, and Coursera Course Certificates between 2015 and 2020, covering topics such as Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Cryptography, and Cloud Infrastructure.
