Luis Soares

Luis Soares has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Luis started their career at Woodbridge Foam Corporation in 1989, holding roles such as Production Coordinator, Quality Assurance Technician, Plant Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Continuous Improvement Manager. Luis then worked at Magna Exteriors & Interiors - Decostar from 1999 to 2012, where they served as Materials Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager, and finally, Assistant General Manager. Following this, they worked at Bodycote as a Plant Manager in 2012, Grupo Antolin as a Production Manager from 2013 to 2015, SPP PUMPS as Vice President of Operations from 2015 to 2016, and currently, they are Corporate Director of Operations at Polytainers Inc. starting from September 2017.

Luis Soares attended Durham College from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Management.
