Ileana Irimia, PEng, PMP, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as the Product Development Team Lead at Polytainers Inc. since July 2010, Ileana guides a team of engineers in the design and optimization of innovative and sustainable packaging products. With a strong background in engineering, Ileana's previous roles include Product Development Engineer and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed product design, finite element analysis, customer collaboration, and effective project management from initiation to completion. Prior experience at Plastmade Industries Ltd. further honed skills in custom product development and project oversight.
