Guido Benedix

Guido Benedix is an accomplished professional in the field of manufacturing and industrial engineering, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at POLYTEC GROUP since October 2015, and previously held the role of Head of Industrial Engineering in the Business Unit Composites within the same company. Prior to POLYTEC, Guido was the Vice President of Global Production Strategy at MANN+HUMMEL Gruppe from September 2014 to March 2015. Guido's extensive experience also includes a decade at Faurecia, where roles spanned from Senior Launch Manager to Plant Manager within the Business Group Interior System for the North Europe Region. Early in Guido's career, experience as a Projektleiter at the Lehrstuhl für Fertigungstechnik und Betriebsorganisation der TU Kaiserslautern from February 1999 to August 2003 was significant. Guido holds a Dr.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau - Fertigungstechnik and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau, both from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
