Liu Zhaolong

Liu Zhaolong has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Liu started their career as a Master intern at INRIA, where they gained expertise in grid computing and distributed programming. Liu then joined Amadeus IT Group as a Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained different applications and tools for developers, as well as worked on system administration and support. At Bonial.com, Liu worked as a Devops, focusing on implementing PAAS solutions and maintaining application stacks. Later, at Qwant, they continued as a Devops, working on search engine backend and big data processing using Hadoop. Liu then joined FlixBus as a Data Platform Engineer/Data Engineer, where they contributed to the development of the data platform. Most recently, they worked at Miro as a Senior Platform Engineer, responsible for system design, implementing CI/CD systems, and advocating the "you build it, you run it, you own it" principle. In 2023, Liu will start working at Polyteia as a Data Platform Engineer, furthering their expertise in this field. Additionally, Liu has also gained teaching experience as a part-time instructor at Université Nice Sophia Antipolis, where they taught Object Oriented Programming practical work.

Liu Zhaolong completed an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Polytech Nice Sophia from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, they pursued a Licence and Master's degree in Informatique, Mathématiques, and Informatique Fondamental et Ingénieur from Université Côte d'Azur.
