Paul Aarts is an experienced financial and operations leader with a strong background in management, financial control, and process improvement. Currently serving as Managing Director at Polytex Environmental Inks B.V. since April 2017, Paul is preparing the company for future growth following the impending retirement of the former management. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Polytex, including Controller, where responsibilities encompassed accounting, financial reporting, and operational management. Previous experiences include serving as Global Operations Controller at Cordstrap, Manager Regional Sales Controlling at Ball Packaging Europe, and Managing Director of Ball Trading Netherlands. Paul’s career began at Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health as a Manufacturing Controller and product data analyst. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Eindhoven University of Technology.
