Louis Schoofs

Louis Schoofs has extensive leadership experience in various organizations since 1995, currently serving as the chairman of the board at Plusassur and as a director at Cultuurhuis de Warande. In addition to roles at Lilse Bergen and Toerisme Provincie Antwerpen, Schoofs has been actively involved in POM Antwerpen since 2020. As a strategic consultant at Consensio, Louis focuses on developing value propositions for family businesses, ensuring financial and economic viability. With a background in sociology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, philosophy from KU Leuven, and social-cultural work from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven, Louis also has training in Gestalt therapy. Furthermore, involvement in politics includes serving as a provincial and municipal council member for Groen, along with various board positions in family-owned enterprises and past leadership at City Care Plus.
