Cagri (Chara) Onder is an experienced professional in business development and construction project management, currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at Kontrolmatik Technologies Incorporation while simultaneously working as a Construction Project Coordinator at Pomega Energy Storage Technologies in the USA. Previously, Cagri co-founded Aegean Stone House Real Estate Services, focusing on land acquisition and construction in Turkey, and held significant roles at Bechtel-Enka Joint Venture as a Construction Field Engineer and Quality Control Engineer, managing large-scale motorway projects. Early career experiences include engineering internships with Onsekiz Mart Project & Engineering and Chesser Resources Limited. Cagri obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Geological Engineering from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.
