Chelsea Schlacks

Chelsea Schlacks is a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance at Pomelo Care since November 2024. Chelsea is also a Co-Founder of Rising Women in Healthcare, a community aimed at supporting female professionals in the healthcare sector through events and networking opportunities. Prior to these roles, Chelsea held various positions at Redesign Health from August 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included advancing innovations in healthcare. Chelsea gained foundational experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on real estate, and as the CEO of Campus Enterprises, a student-run business at Duke University. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Economics from Duke University, where studies took place from 2016 to 2020.
