Bianca Franco

Bianca Franco is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various cooking roles across multiple establishments. Since December 2022, Bianca has been working as a Cook at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, while also serving as a Sous Chef at Manitoba Family Services And Housing since October 2021. Additional culinary experience includes positions at River Ridge Retirement, The Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre, and Revera Inc., showcasing a solid progression in responsibilities from line cook to sous chef. Bianca's education includes studies at RRC Polytech from 2018 to 2020 and attendance at Maples Collegiate during 2016-2017.
