Gianna Hutton González

Gianna Hutton González is an environmental advocate currently serving as the We Are The Founders Fellow at PolicyLink since August 2025. In addition to this role, Gianna is the Head of Communications for EcoReps at Pomona College, managing a newsletter and organizing sustainable initiatives for students. Previous experience includes roles such as Policy Fellow at Brightline Defense, Democracy Fellow with Public Citizen, and Smithsonian Leadership for Change Intern at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. Gianna has also held positions with California Environmental Voters as a Youth Organizer and the Rachel Carson Council as a National Environmental Leadership Fellow, engaging in advocacy and organizing efforts focused on climate justice. Gianna is pursuing a degree at Pomona College, with prior education at Miami Palmetto Senior High School.
