Simona Bonotti

Simona Bonotti is a seasoned professional in product development and design, currently serving as a Product Development Manager at Pompea SpA since December 2016. Prior to this role, Simona worked as a Category Design Manager at Hanes Italy srl from January 2013 to November 2016, and spent nearly a decade as a Design and Development Manager at DBApparel. Early career experience includes responsibilities as Head of Product Development for lingerie and swimwear at Delmar s.p.a from January 1996 to March 2003, overseeing the entire product development process from marketing brief to product industrialization. Simona holds a diploma in fashion from Mariano Fortuny Brescia and completed education at Istituto Carlo Secoli in Milan.
