Emily Rech

Emily Rech has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Emily started their career at Analytical Management Solutions, Inc. in 2005 as a Project Consultant and stayed there until 2010. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Gleeds as an Executive Project Consultant and later as a Senior Project Scheduler. Emily then joined Suburban Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 2017 as a Department Manager, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they are working at Pond & Company as the Director of Project Controls and Program Manager, starting in 2018.

Emily Rech obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, attending from 1996 to 2001. Emily later went on to pursue a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the same university, studying from 2022 to 2023.
