Michelle Boulineau

Michelle Boulineau has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources, advisory services, visual strategy, and leadership consulting. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Pond & Company, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Pond & Company from February 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Pond & Company, Michelle worked at The Hackett Group for a significant duration, starting in 2008. During their tenure, they held several roles, including Director of Human Resources Advisory Services from August 2012 to February 2021. In this role, they developed and maintained relationships with C-level executives and leadership teams at large companies, providing subscription-based advisory services.
