Claire Holdcroft

Claire Holdcroft has held various positions in the past 16 years. From 2004 to 2007, they were a Sales Assistant at MUJI Europe Holdings Limited. Claire then moved on to TescoDiets, where they held the roles of Testing Team Lead, Junior Systems Tester, and Customer Services Team Leader from 2007 to 2015. During the same period, they also worked at Deutsche Bank as a QA Test Analyst and at AIB as a Junior Business Analyst. Since 2016, they have been working as a Product Manager and Customer Care and Product Liaison at Pond5.

Claire Holdcroft obtained their Leaving Certificate from The Institute of Education Ireland in 2006. Claire then attended Technological University Dublin from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business. During 2008 and 2009, they attended Universit\u00e9 Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business. In 2015, they obtained an ISTQB Certified Tester from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Finally, in 2018, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance.
