Jovana Todorovic

Jovana Todorovic has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jovana is currently working as a QA Engineer at Pond5 since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a QA Engineer at Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline from July 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at Ryanair, including Junior QA Engineer, Junior Business Analyst, and Newskies Helpdesk - Ryanair's European Airports support, from April 2019 to July 2020, November 2018 to April 2019, and August 2017 to November 2018, respectively.

Jovana also worked at Sky Handling Partner, where they held the roles of Flight & Traffic Coordinator (Dispatcher) from February 2017 to July 2017, and Customer Service Agent from March 2015 to February 2017.

Their earlier work experience includes roles at Fly Fly Travel, where they were a Commercial Manager from May 2013 to August 2014, and a Customer Service Representative from May 2012 to May 2013. In these positions, they were responsible for managing the commercial team, handling customer service tasks, and processing customer demands for airline tickets and travel arrangements.
